Abstract<\/strong>. This article reviews the monograph by S. A. Agarkov and M. V. Ivanova, prepared at Luzin Institute for Economic Problems of the Kola Science Centre of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The monograph provides a comprehensive analysis of structural transformations in the global economy and assesses the strategic role of the Russian Arctic in the context of contemporary global challenges. It examines theoretical approaches to neo-industrialization, methodological tools for assessing resource potential, and applied models of economic growth in Arctic territories. The review highlights the monograph\u2019s key scientific contributions, including a new analytical trade model (ATM) for forecasting economies of scale, a methodology for counterfactual analysis of export potential, and a system for assessing the economic and geographic determinants of multilateral resistance. The practical relevance of the monograph for strategic planning authorities, fuel and energy sector enterprises, and specialized educational institutions is also discussed.<\/p>\n
