Authors, who publish in this journal, agree to the following terms:

• Authors reserve the copyright for their papers and transfer the right of the first publication to the journal together with the paper, while simultaneously licensing the paper under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0) terms and conditions. The license permits to copy and disseminate the content in any media and format, make remixes, modify and create new materials on its basis for any purposes, including commercial ones.
• The author can archive pre-print (i.e. pre-refereeing); archive post-print (i.e. final draft post-refereeing). However, Editorial Board recommend waiting until the publisher’s version is issued because it has a set of data that facilitate you the further citation. The author also can archive publisher’s version/PDF.
• Authors agree to literary editing of the article by the Editorial Board of the journal and the layout according to the present norms and standards.
